Christopher (Chris) Puleo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Black Flag Technology. With a background in Computer Network Operations (CNO) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and numerous achievements during his tenure in the military and government, Mr. Puleo provides foundational skills and forward-leaning vision to Black Flag. Mr. Puleo is a service-disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he provided operational digital network intelligence (DNI) and critical mission management support to offices and departments within the Department of Defense (DOD). From active duty, Mr. Puleo went on to serve as a Department of the Air Force and Department of the Army civilian where he specialized in analysis, and strategic, operational cyber planning, and tactical execution. Because of his superior knowledge and highly successful ability to generate feasible and sustainable cyber effects operations, Mr. Puleo was hand selected to work directly with the Commander of the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF). On his behalf, he developed and brought to operation strategic and ongoing cyber mission operations. Providing USCYBERCOM/NSA briefings to senior U.S. military flag officers, members of the Presidential Staff, members of Congress, Senators, Executive Branch officials, and allied Foreign partners, ensuring support and cooperation for SIGINT and Cyber missions across multiple Combatant Commands.
